This is a lovely first-floor flat with 9-foot high ceilings, which give the whole place a wonderful sense of space.
Furnishing: The flat is furnished. Communal areas are fully set up. Only the bedroom comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to bring your own bed and furniture.
The Household Setup: There are three bedrooms in total. You will be sharing with only two other professional tenants, making it a quiet, comfortable three-person household.
The Bedroom: A compact single room (with optional sofa bed) measuring 3.5m x 1.8m at its longest sections. The layout features a 45° angle in one corner, which shapes the floor plan slightly, but it offers a neat and practical space for a single bed setup.
