Hi

I, have a 3 bedroom house and want to let out one of my double rooms. I’m not well so I need help as well. Especially with heavy lifting house work etc. The house is very near to town. I’d prefer a mature woman who is kind and caring. I have two cats and two tiny dogs…Chihuahua’s. They’re yappy but friendly and it’d probably take them a week to get used to a new person.
