I am looking for someone to replace me in my current house in Oldfield park. The room is a spacious en-suite with a lot of privacy. The house has a large living space and is shared with 3 respectful and clean students.
Start date can be flexible, ideally looking at end of June/start of July.
You would be sharing with 2 PhD students and one final year student. All are very friendly and welcoming!! They are looking for someone clean and respectful that can be a nice addition to the house. Everyone is very sociable but happy to respect each other’s space.
This is not a house for hosting pres or large parties so please do not inquire if this is something you like doing!
