Cottage is in Monkton Combe a very beautiful rural village with fantastic walks, nice pub and is 1.5 mile from Bath Uni and 1 mile from Combe down shops and three miles from central Bath. On sustrans cycle network easy flat routes to Bath. Bus service to Bath. Free car parking always available. Storage for your bicycle easy ride through tunnel to Bath 20min. Great place to unwind after work in large sunny quiet garden with fantastic views.

My room is super suitable for post grad student/lecturers from Bath Uni 10m drive.
Or mon-fri business folk needing good base for nearby work in Bath,( you can cycle easily into Bath there is also a bus service) Bristol, NE Somerset. Enjoy happy easygoing household
