Hi welcome to my lovely 2nd floor flat in the heart of Widcombe Parade. I returned from Munich after more than ten years and I am looking for a flatmate preferably Monday to Friday. I am happy to consider 7 days for the right person. The large double bedroom faces south east benefiting from gorgeous sunrises and evening sun; it is a peaceful sanctuary at the back of the flat. whilst the kitchen looks over the lovely village street below with fresh flowers in the florist every day and a great vantage point to watch the world go by.

Perfectly positioned on Widcombe Parade which offers a wealth of excellent local amenities and boutique shops. Bath city centre is within easy walking distance and this particularly sought-after residential area is within easy reach of the The Kennett and Avon Canal and many beautiful walks across the nearby National Trust Land.

Excellent transport links as all buses to the University (U20 and 2) pass below the flat. It is a 30 minute brisk walk up the hill or 12 minutes by e bike with rental storage nearby or 9 minutes by car. The railway and bus station are a 5 minute walk over the bridge to London, Bristol or Abbey Wood. I can also provide a parking permit if required.
