We have a 3 bedroom Semi-detached house located in Odd down Bath with 2 double room available.
The rent for
Room 1 ( Large room ) is £720/month, the deposit is same as the rent .
Room 2 ( Mideum room ) is £700/month , the deposit is same as the tent .
All bills are included.
You will share the house with two other students. The house was redecorated couple of years ago and well maintained with most new facilities.
It is a brand new bathroom with shower . Brand new Microwave , brand new washing machine and tumble dryer , 2 fridge freezer etc .
The house location has direct bus routes to Bath town center, Bath Spa University and University of Bath. The buses are frequent and numerous, allowing easy travels across the city. There are many supermarkets near the house, such as Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco. Additionally, our location is very close to hairdressers, fish& chips shops, Chinese takeaway etc. Overall, it is a very convenient place for residents.
The Large rooms is available from 15/06/2026 for rent at least need to be 10 month .
The medium room is available from 15/09/2026.
