Good sized double room in Westbury. (The photo of the room was taken before the tv was put on the wall, new photo coming soon - and without the cat tunnel on the bed 😺).

There is a shared shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, etc. There is a small shared living room with sofa, tv and dining table.

I have two cats, so cat lovers are a requirement for this let!

The house is a bungalow with a front and back garden in a quiet cul de sac of other bungalows. The front has a porch and seating, a driveway with off road parking for two vehicles. The back garden has a swing chair, is not overlooked, has trees and shrubs nearby and is a bird lovers paradise.

The room is newly decorated, has a double bed and a new mattress with plenty of under bed storage, a built in wardrobe, new 55” tv on a bracket on the wall.

The house is very safe, secure and clean.
Westbury train station is 10 minutes walk away, with Bath 30 minutes by train, Warminster and Trowbridge 5 miles away. There’s a good range of supermarkets and gyms locally.

I work full time, on a 7 day rota getting home around 20:00hr so you would have the house to yourself most early evenings.

I would like a quiet and considerate housemate who would appreciate a comfortable home, in a friendly house share with one other who is 65 yrs old. You must be working, but not from home please. Good bathroom manners essential, as we would be sharing! Having overnight visitors would not be suitable for this rental, sorry. Please don’t apply if you smoke/vape or are a heavy drinker.

The rent includes all bills, including council tax, Netflix, tv licence, broadband.

Available to view/move in from 23rd March.
