Unfortunately, I have had to end my tenancy at my student property. It is a double room, 2 bathrooms, 6 male tenants, spacious kitchen/living room area. Normally, rent is £910 per month however me and my family are willing to send £2000 to our letting company to decrease monthly costs if someone moves in before February.
