We are a family of four with our elder daughter away at university and our younger (16) about to start music college. Our current housemate is leaving to do teacher training and we'd love to find someone to join us in her place.
The house is a vicarage - my husband is vicar of Holy Trinity Combe Down. It is a big period property with two sitting rooms and a garden with comfy outside seating.
The room for rent has a single bed with another underneath which can be zipped to make a king. It has a desk and desk chair, bookshelf, arm chair, chest of drawers and built in cupboard.
Council tax is covered by the church.
