Hi! I’m Tom (23) and I’ve just moved to Castle Cary to start a new job. I’m looking for someone to rent the double bedroom. The room has a king bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a shared lounge with TV, shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, fibre broadband, small patio area in low maintenance garden, allocated parking.
It is a 2 bed terraced house in Castle Cary, approx 1 mile from the station and walkable to shops.
This would suit someone who is happy to chat at the end of the day, but equally comfortable doing their own thing. I’m friendly and easy going but no mad party animal as I occasionally have early starts and late finishes for work. No smokers or heavy drinkers.
