Looking for a replacement tenant for a beautiful double room in our lovely 4 bed house in Bath!

House includes a shared living room space, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, lovely garden and on-street parking - with the center of Bath only a 15-20 minute walk away!

The room itself has lots of space and light, and includes all furniture except the bed.

Current housemates are really relaxed and friendly. All professionals who are also very creative, musical and outdoorsy😊 We are looking for someone who is also professional, friendly, respects others within the property and respects the space :) (I. e relatively tidy and sociable hours!)

Rent is £600 including bills and council tax (D) and also includes kitty money towards shared household items (loo roll, cleaning supplies, condiments etc.) and a monthly cleaner.
