Looking for a warm, quiet and collaborative roommate in a sociable house for:

A Double Room furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, a wardrobe and a built -in wardrobe space which gives ample storage, a desk and a chair. I am the current lodger in this room and looking for my replacement.
Room is North facing so especially get an ample amount of light through out the day.

You will be sharing a big toilet-bathroom with 2 other people. A cleaner comes to clean the toilets and shared spaces every fortnight.
Wifi is super fast. Provided with washing machine/dryer, fridge space, oven and microwave.

Garden with patio furniture access, garage space to store bike and extra luggage storage if needed.

There is a bus stop right outside the house that takes you to the city. Another bus stop which is a 2 min walk which is direct to University of Bath (U4). A Co-op, Premier, barber, Butcher and a coffee shop at 5 mins walk.

All bills are included in the rent. I will have to reconfirm the deposit amount but I believe it will be in the range 700-800.
