This room is available from July 1st.. It might be rented for three months or for the 2026/27 academic year.
We are two women & wish to share with another female.
Single furnished room in Quiet, Clean and Tidy, centrally located house. Situated between Walcott and Camden, town centre is a mere 10 minit walk away. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and numerous cafes pubs and shops as well as all the cultural attractions that Bath offers.
The room has a double wardrobe , shelving unit, single bed, desk and chair. Unlimited wireless internet is available. The kitchen and a bathroom are shared with 2 other women & we share responsibility for keeping the house tidy & clean. (There are 2 bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet).
The house is friendly and relaxed, however we do not invite friends back to the house but tend to socialise in town. It would suit another woman who is looking for comfort, privacy and perhaps a peaceful environment in which to study rather than a 'party house’.
A foreign student, here for study or work experience would be welcome.
Bills are an additional £120 pcm with an extra sum of £60 for someone who is not a student & therefore council tax exemp. (Band D)
