The house is ideally located:

* 12-minute walk to the train station (easy access to Bath, Trowbridge and Bristol)

* 15 minutes by car to Bath city centre or the University of Bath
* 5 minutes’ walk to supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants

You will be sharing with a friendly but busy working professional (teacher). My two adult daughters have now moved away, so the house is usually quiet. This room would particularly suit a mature student or young professional who enjoys a clean, tidy home and is comfortable with their own company, as I am occasionally away. A Monday–Thursday let would also be considered.
