Double ensuite room available in a 4 bed town house close to Trowbridge, Melksham and Bradford on Avon. Lots of wardrobe space and modern walk in shower room.
Shared modern kitchen dinner with dishwasher, washing machine and boiling hot water tap in the utility room. Water softener. Shared lounge. I work from home a lot and have a small sofa and TV in second lounge/office that can be used outside of working hours if you’d prefer over the main lounge. 3 bathrooms (one per used bedroom) and 2 extra WC’s.
Decked garden with outdoor seating and outdoor kitchen area.
House shared with myself, my 25 year old son who is waiting to move into his own house in next few months and 1 cat. We are friendly, fairly laid back and respectful :-)
