The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, etc.

There is a small shared living room with sofa, tv and dining table.

I have two cats, so cat lovers are a requirement for this let!

The house is a bungalow in a quiet cul de sac. The back garden is not overlooked and is a bird lovers paradise. Driveway and on-street parking available.

The room is newly decorated, has a double bed and a new mattress with plenty of under bed storage, a built in wardrobe, new 55” tv on a bracket on the wall.

Westbury train station is 10 minutes walk away, Warminster/Trowbridge 5 miles, Bath 30 mins by train, plenty of bus routes nearby. There’s a good range of supermarkets locally.

I work full time, on a 7 day rota getting home around 20:00hr so you would have the house to yourself most early evenings.

I’m looking for a considerate and respectful housemate, who would appreciate a comfortable home, in a friendly house share with one other who is 65 yrs old. Good bathroom manners essential, as we would be sharing! Having overnight visitors would not be suitable for this rental, but having friends over for a meal/spending time in the garden in summer, etc, is more than okay.

The rent includes council tax, tv licence, broadband, utilities. No tv subscriptions, apart from BBC iPLAYER. If you don’t work, or are retired, there would be a rent adjustment to allow for higher usage of utilities.

Available from 1st April, or a little earlier if required. Short term lets welcome, minimum 3 months then on a one month notice period.
