I have two rooms available as my current flatmates will be leaving for the 26/27 academic year, so I need new tenants to take over their contracts.

The flat is located in the Weston area, with three bedrooms in total (I would be the only other tenant), a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Rent is £705 a month plus a fixed payment of £29 a week for utilities which includes wifi and a tv license.
