We are two PhD students from University of Bath, currently living in the house, and we’re looking for a friendly flatmate to join us.

The single room rent is £680/per month and the whole house rent is £2100/month, so we pay £745/month, each person. In the rent wifi bills are included. The deposit of the house is £827/person.
We pay our utilities bill separately which includes, gas/electricity and water.

The house is located in a beautiful uphill area of Bath, offering a peaceful environment with lovely surroundings while still being within easy reach of the city. The house is 15 mins walk to city center and the bus stop is just next to our house.

We also like to keep the house clean and comfortable, and we clean the house together every week.
