Professional/student female preferred (this is not suitable for hospitality/shift workers who get home late, or for anyone needing to work from home a lot as I do this 3 days per week and there is no desk in the room)

I am a live in friendly landlord looking to rent a room short term. Its a peaceful and relaxing home and all my lodgers have been very happy and I have been sad to see them go. There are also 3 cats who are very sweet if I do say so!

I am looking for someone who is calm, friendly, very clean and tidy. It's nice to have a chat in the kitchen but who likes own space.

Also this is meat , alcohol and smoke free house - vegetarian. food only' (though I am in fact a vegan)

I'm a professional....work from home 2 days week


The house is located in Odd Down - local shops a few minutes walk. Bus stop to town two minutes walk, and regular bus to town takes 10 mins. Buses also to the university of Bath.

Beautiful countryside on doorstep if you like a walk. The neighbourhood is safe.
