This space is great for short-medium term accommodation. It's a private room within a 3- bedroom home, you will be sharing the bathroom facilities with 1 other tenant. Though there are periods where you will at times have the Bathroom to yourself, this also means, the room would suit someone who is okay with their own company, as the landlord/tenant work full-time/work away on occasion.

The house is located 7 miles South-west of central Bath, in a rural, serene, and quiet environment. You will have access to the kitchen, diner, shared bathroom and a double bedroom.

The bedroom has a wardrobe, study desk, chair, tray corner table, desk lamp, chest of drawers, double bed, under-bed storage space and mattress/mattress protector - and bedding.

The living room is not included on a regular basis, though it can be used on odd occasions including a) if you have visitors, or b) when the landlady is away - this is as the living room and the master come together.

All bills are included, including WiFi/Broadband, there is an additional charge if you work from home, to contribute to energy costs .

Finally, if you have access to a car this would be useful and recommended, as it's a 15-20 minutes commute into the centre of Bath (by car). There is a double drive, with space for 2 cars to park. There is also an hourly bus into the centre of Bath, so, access to a car is not essential, though it is very useful. Female is preferred.
