The house is 6 bed and I’m looking for someone to take over my contract/room. The contract ends 5th August 2026. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, large desk and a wardrobe. Each room has an individual key to lock your room with. All bills are included and a cleaner comes in every 2 weeks also included. Everybody in the house is female. The housemates are smokers but they go outside. This room is student only but welcome to any university. 2 shared bathrooms both with showers. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
