I am going away for a few months and need someone to sub-let my room. It is a large room with an en-suite located in an extension of the house so it has a lot of privacy.

I am flexible with dates and happy to take multiple shorter term stays, please message with your preference!

You would be sharing with 2 PhD students and one final year student. All are very friendly and welcoming!! We are looking for someone clean and respectful :)

Rent is £740 per month, bills are an additional ~£80

This is not a house for hosting pres or large parties so please do not inquire if this is something you like doing!
