The house is well furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, shared living area and garden as well as a washer and dryer, and a spare room we tend to use for studying. We live extremely close to Moorland Road, next to a variety of shops, and 25 minutes walk from the city, or 10 minutes on the 1 bus from Moorland Road. The U2 bus runs directly from St James' Cemetery 15 minutes away to the University of Bath, so the house is extremely well situated for students. We are both quite quiet people, and would be looking for a roommate like us.
