I am looking to let out my spare room .....in my recently refurbished house that I share with my daughter and partner.

We are 2/3 mins walk from Larkhall village that has absolutely everything you need without having to venture into the city centre. However there are buses every 5 mins into the city if need be. The house is also located with perfect access to the M4.
