400 year old spacious flat above shops on Bradford-on-Avon high street. It is very convenient here at BA15 for shops, pubs, coffee shops, takeaway, idyllic walks and transport minutes away.
Very quirky layout with Elizabethan and Georgian architecture fused together. Exposed beams and textured stone walls throughout, with 3 original fireplaces. Could also have been on built on lay lines as one of the first buildings here called Bradford & Holt Manor on 1722 deeds.
3 window seats in the lounge. Communal space for relaxing and dining. Sparkling fabric decorations. We love to take it in turns to cook. I have blender, juicer, food processors, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery dishwasher, washing machine etc. for use.
Shared use of lounge, bathroom, kitchen, storage.
Bills include: gas, electric, council tax band B, internet, water.
(No en-suite or off-street parking sorry, parking on Woolley Street).
Use of one neighbour's wild walled garden that we take care of and another's neighbour's patio space in summer if we ask nicely.
The Bradford-on-Avon flat is fully furnished sharing with mixed gender.
However, there is also an opportunity for females only to share the £1500 rent with me on a 3 bed in Batheaston, with me there only occasionally at the moment with my 7 year old, as it is near his school for stepping up easier contact.
There are 2 other rooms that me 45 and my son 6 would use occasionally when visiting his 'old house' or when I do property maintenance, but I'm mainly looking to spend time with him and work at moving to a new property that I've seen near his school in Batheaston and want to make an offer on it asap, which is why looking to renting out the rooms as soon as I can.
Please call me to discuss asap.
Bianca (Bee) occasional live-in landlord.
