I have a spare double bedroom in my Victorian Semi Detached home. I live near to Trowbridge Station and it is easy to walk into town or to go on long walks nearby.
I am in my 70s and still working hard - I have a business teaching Quality Circle Time - you can find out more online.
I am a private person, who works with a lot of people, so enjoys my own time when I am not working.
I am considering offering my downstairs study as a separate sitting room for a tenant if that was required.
Also there is a small office which can be used in the daytime if required.
There is a patio and a lovely small enclosed garden.
Parking is on road but its never a problem and it is free.
