One double bedroom available in a semi-detached house with large garden.

Room has oak double bed and high quality memory foam topped mattresses. A big mirror, wardrobe, bedside table and desk. The room has a blackout blind and curtains.

You'll be sharing with myself, I'm a postgrad student at Cardiff University studying NLP. And another lodger, she's a creative writing masters student at Bath Spa University, from Mexico.

I've spent most of my 30s travelling, living in different communities and yoga retreats. I'm fairly health focused, enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, wild swimming, hiking and mountain biking.

The house is not one for big parties, more a nice chilled, cosy home. I'm looking for housemates to get along with to create a warm, social, homely atmosphere.

The road the house is on has no through traffic and is quiet. I'm on a hill and there are stunning views of Bath, the skies in the morning from the kitchen window are lovely.

The house is a minute's walk from Bath City Farm with plenty of nature to explore, plus a lovely café with great views. There's a couple of bus stops 3-4 mins walk, going to both Uni's and into town.

I normally cycle into town, it's easy to get on to the cycle path along the river and takes about 10 minutes. Or 5 mins into Oldfield Park where there is also a train station with trains to Bristol that take 15mins.

There is off road parking on the drive should you need it, I don't have a car, storage space in the attic and a secure shed if you have a bike.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a lounge with two big sofas and a wood burner.

There is a big back garden with hammock, pond, yoga shala and a patio with a table for eating outside.

All bills included (Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, Council Tax).
