I am looking preferably for a student (so that they can take the room for next academic year) but i am open to professionals, and for someone who doesn't go out partying all the time.
Couples are welcome (given adjustment for electricity costs) but the flat is small and walls are thin so noise would have to be kept down... you should consider wether this would be an enjoyable living arrangement for yourselves.
