Month paid in advance. Rooms fully furnished, not perfect. I can be flexible on space and combined arrangements /specific requirements, so the house works for the all, but also looking for this to be mutual. I am easy-going and chilled, but also in transition and change of life stage, so need the. same back and people who are ok with eg: with occasional estate agent house viewings.
Village is really pretty, fairly quiet, no pub or shop but Sourdown Farm at end of the road have 24 hour farm shop and regular events, pop up pub with street food biweekly.
Very limited public transport so you'd need a car.
