Huge back garden and large front garden, close to shops & bus services. Lovely nature walks nearby. Quiet vegan/vegetarian free thinker preferred, but not essential.

Rescue dog lives with me @ property. Just looking for a good human, to house share my pretty cottage. Must be in reliable employment & tidy, I’m a bit of a clean freak & very respectful of others’ space & privacy. Absolutely no vaping/smoking ever. Shoes off please before entering property, who wants outside bacteria in their rugs/carpets/floorboards??

Break something ? Replace it at earliest convenience…. It’s all common sense. Turn a light on ? Don’t leave it, turn it off after you, common sense.

This is a clean quiet cottage.

Common sense is paramount to Co existing with me, I stress this because I’ve on occasion been very disappointed with sharing.

There are Two bedrooms, one double high - ceiling room & one with mezzanine floor built in. Downstairs bathroom/shower/toilet. All amenities provided, fridge freezer, washing machine, great broadband.
