I am desperately looking for someone to take over my room in Twerton Mill student accommodation for the rest of the academic year, and am willing to contribute £200 to anyone who will take it over! although you must be a student!
About the room:
Twerton Mill is a fantastic, modern student accommodation located on the Lower Bristol Road in Bath, within easy reach of the city centre. The site is well placed for existing bus routes to Bath Spa University, the University of Bath and the City Centre.

The site benefits from outstanding communal spaces, making it a highly desirable living environment for all full time undergraduate, postgraduate or international students studying in Bath.

We can currently offer Ensuite room (size: 10 sq meters) for £167.00 per week. This tenancy ends on 27th July 2019.

The room is fully furnished to a high standard with 4ft wide bed (small double), desk and chair, drawers and wardrobe as well as under-bed storage and an en suite shower room.

All utility bills are included within the rent including WiFi to take the hassle out of budgeting. Twerton Mill also has a convenient on-site laundry, secure bike storage and a friendly on-site management and maintenance team as well as 24 hour security and CCTV. The site is managed by iQ Student Accommodation.

The person who books the room will need to be a full time student and will be required to pay a £250.00 deposit to secure the room.
Rent will need to be paid either in full for the remaining weeks of the tenancy, or in 2 remaining termly instalments. Full rent or the first instalment must be paid before keys can be issued.
A Guarantor (UK or International) must be nominated.
