Due to a change in circumstances, I am no longer able to take up the tenancy, and am looking for somebody to take over the contract. It is a cosy and Light room, on first floor in a house, on a quiet street. Convenient to both Sion Hill and Newton Park (bus stops). 10 min walk into town. Shared kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, and cooking facilities, a living room and bathroom. Tarmac backyard, with washing line. Ideally looking for another female to accompany the current 3 girls already living there, starting into their 2nd year. All clean and tidy people. The first month and a half rent has been paid; but I am looking for someone to take the contract on as soon as possible.
