PLEASE NOTE IT IS AVAILABLE FROM NOW UNTIL AUG ONLY. I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 47 Mount Road, BA2 1LG. I have already moved out, so it is available ASAP until 7th Aug 2024. Rent is £845/month with all bills included! It was so nice not having to worry about them separately. Please note you must be a student (UG, PG, doctorate, etc) to rent the room.

The room is lovely and bright, with a double bed and lots of storage. The kitchen and living room are also great, with lots of kitchen cupboards, an electric hob, oven, and all the other essentials you need. If you google the house number and postcode and click on 'Joint Living' there is a 3D panoramic view of the house. There are currently 4 other housemates with a potential 5th moving in to make up a house of 6. However, you will share a bathroom with only one other person. There is a bus stop right outside the front door that gets you into town in 15 minutes! Buses run every 10-12 minutes.

What's included: communal cleaner, free on and off-street parking, garage, furniture, Smart TV (TV licence inc), patio and garden, washer-dryer.
