Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 3 months over the summer: starting 11th May, move out 11th August.

Five person house with four other student females. Rent is £575 per month. Bills already taken care off and paid for the full term.

The house is located in Lower Weston, 15-20 minute walk to town, and a 5-10 minute walk to Lidl and the Bath Spa Locksbrook campus. Regular buses also run every 10-15 minutes into Bath city centre or Bristol; the bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house.

Ideally looking for another female student, aged between 18-26.
