We are a young family with 2 kids and a lovely cat. You would be renting an ensuite in our home (best view of all!). The room could accommodate either a single person or a couple* and is fully furnished including a desk and wardrobe as seen on pictures. You would have full access to common areas like living/dining/kitchen, garden, use of washing and dryer and there is also parking available for free. We live in a countryside area amongst nature and a lovely village community. There are wonderful walks around, amazing outdoor space to explore, a playing field with a brook and picnic area.
We are walking distance to Bath Spa University (picturesque walks and plenty of outdoor to explore) and easy bus links to Bath and Bristol. Bus stop is about 5 minute walk and bus trip to Bath takes about 10 minutes.

We are a fun and chilled family from Brazil, living in the UK for about 10 years. We love to spend time together and play outside with the kids. We like sports like tennis, football and cycling. We both work from home in technology companies and healthcare.

This is a family home with two toddlers who naturally can be noisy and messy at times. We do try to keep the house tidy but if you know kids you are aware that that’s not always possible! 🙈
