Single Room to let on the ground floor of a friendly shared house at Sheridan Road Bath, post code (BA2 1RA).
At present, has 3 other professional tenants, 2 Males and 1 female.
The room will be available from the 18th of September 2023.
The house is ideally located for Bath Spa University.
The room is not provided with a TV but has a TV and fast Wi-Fi broadband point fitted in the room, all the running costs of the house are included in the rent.
The rent is £450 per a calendar month in advance with one month’s rent held for notice; hence the initial payment will be £900, hence you will not pay the last month rent when you give a full calendar months’ notice to vacate the room. The rent is due on the 1st of each month.
The room is fully furnished with a bed that has a mattress cover, but you will need to provide sheets, a duvet and duvet cover and pillows and pillowcases and any other linen that you may require.
The house has a large, shared kitchen and you will have access to a shared Fridge/Freezer. The kitchen is fitted with all that is required for you to be able to prepare your food. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and most other kitchen amenities.
The house has a WC with a shower on the ground floor and a Bathroom with a shower on the second floor.
The house has a rear enclosed garden.
There is a local convenience store within a few minutes’ walk of the house, and they sell most things, the house is on several good bus routes and offer a good regular service to the City Centre, there is on street parking.
