Lovely private accommodation available in BA1 3BT, ideal for someone coming to Bath who needs somewhere comfortable to stay while starting a new job, house-hunting or waiting for their permanent accommodation to become available.

The Sanctuary is normally run as a holiday let at £111 per night, but I’m offering it on SpareRoom for short-term stays at £500 per week, or £1,500 for the whole month of October, including bills.

It has a master bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, a private ensuite shower room with walk-in power shower, plus a separate snug with sofa and TV.

There isn’t a full kitchen, but there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, making it ideal as comfortable temporary accommodation.

It’s in a lovely, quiet residential area close to Victoria Park, with a flat and easy walk into Bath city centre. Bus stops at the end of the road provide easy access to both universities, and the RUH is a very short walk away.

Parking is available if required.

Perfect for someone relocating to Bath who wants somewhere peaceful and comfortable to land while they find their feet, without the pressure of immediately committing to longer-term
