Hey, I'm Thomas and about to start my Chemistry PhD at University of Bath.

I'm looking for two tidy postgrads to fill a 4-bed house in Oldfield Park.

The bit that sold me is the great location being 15 min from lidl and the gym as well as just a 20 min to uni (not for the faint of heart tho 😅)

​Move-in: September
​Rent: £700 + ~£70 in bills

The landlord Stella, has a preference for a 50/50 gender split. Since myself and Jack (another male PhD) are locked in, we are looking for two girls to balance the house.

​The House: Spacious, great kitchen, garden, and a huge main bathroom.

The Stella has pictures of ​the bedrooms but they are good-sized doubles! I will ask her to send all details if your interested :)

​P. S. Jack has an ensuite, so the main bathroom is only shared between 3 people total.

​Who we want: Clean, respectful University of Bath postgrads who want a study-friendly home.

We plan to make joint meals and activities every now and again to hopefully make the house a nice escape from the acedemia, so if your into that I'd love to chat.
