My housemate is moving out at the end of summer... so as a result I'm looking for a prospective new housemate.
The room is currently unfurnished but it may be possible that some of the furniture can stay - the rest of the flat is furnished as its my stuff.
I'm looking for a housemate who wants a base. I’ve lived here for 4 years now so it feels like home to me. I’m happy to hang out but also want to have some own space too.
My previous tenant worked shifts so I rarely saw him in the evenings. I don’t mind someone being around but it will be weird if someone was home all the time. I also have a few clubs that I go to.
The flat is spacious and in central bath. There is a combined lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. I'm usually at home 1 or 2 days per week with my job. There's also communal bike storage and we are the only flat on the level.
About me: I'm pretty sociable and have a few connections in and around Bath. I like to have friends over to play board games, watch a movie or have some drinks, as well as going out exploring and doing fun activities. I go swimming a lot, like to cycle and like to get out and about when I can
About you: I want someone who is looking for a base that they can live in. Someone friendly and easier to talk to and who is respectful. I’ve had issues with loud music before so if that’s you we probably won’t be a match. Equally if you are always home then that also probably won’t work as I think in a shared house it’s important we both have some alone time.
If you’d like to look at the property, get in touch. I’d be keen to meet my future housemate for a drink or something to see if we get on.
