I am looking to let one double room in my semi-detached cottage in a beautiful Duchy of Cornwall village on the outskirts of Bath close to Bath Spa on a short stay basis (1 week minimum to 2 months max)
The room I would describe as a good sized double & comfortably fits a King size bed, chest of drawers, chair, hanging rail & bedside table. In addition there is shared garden, kitchen, living room & bathroom…& there is also a shared garden room with double glazing, heating, electrics, power & lighting & desk for studying or to be used as another living room when additional space is needed.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor & one small but functional bathroom with bath & shower above on the ground floor.
I have a 19 year old son who is currently on a gap year & travelling ahead of starting Drama school in late September.
We are super close to Bath SPA University campus & a short journey into Bath city centre...so this would definitely both working people in Bath or Bristol or students or staff & any suggestions of duration or Mon-Fri etc considered.
Short term options only & terms & deposit will be based on duration of stay.
We have free on-street parking & regular bus links to Bath, Bristol & airport (Bristol)
I have a gardener & a cleaner (fortnightly) who help keep the house ship-shape but everyone helps keep the house clean & tidy between visits.
All bills inc utilities, broadband etc are included.
Pls let me know if you are interested. Many thanks.
