I am looking to let one room in my semi-detached cottage in a beautiful Duchy of Cornwall village on the outskirts of Bath.

I am increasingly abroad (3+months/year+)...so potential housemate would need to be comfortable being alone with the house + responsible pls.

I have a 17 year old son (18 in a month) who is just starting year 13 & when I am home, he stays with me 3 nights/wk & has his own room...so being young adult friendly is v important...!!

We are super close to Bath Spa University...so this would definitely suit students or staff & any suggestions of duration or Mon-Fri etc considered.

We have free on-street parking & regular bus links to Bath, Bristol & airport (Bristol)

I have a gardener & a cleaner who help keep the house ship-shape.

All bills inc utilities, broadband & Netflix, Disney etc included.
