In our free time we both enjoy seeing friends and family for dinner, travelling, festivals, going to the gym and exercise classes. We're looking for a flatmate who could become a friend, who is clean and tidy, respectful and easygoing.

Looking for FEMALES preferred. No couples or short-term sublets :)

Bills are approx £100 per month.

The room is available from 1st July as that's when our tenancy renews. The price will be fixed for at least a year.
