Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over a spacious, furnished double room in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Battersea, available from 29th August. We have lived here for 2 years and I have absolutely loved living in this flat, but due to personal reasons am looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy.

✨ Rent: £1,300 per month
🌷 Deposit: £1500 protected by DPS
💡 Bills: Around £80-£100 per month
💧 Water: Paid every 6 months (approximately £150 per person)

The flat has a private garden (perfect for bbq’s and tanning) is just a short walk from Battersea Park, and there's a gym/leisure centre only 2 minutes away. It's a great location with excellent transport links, cafés, pubs, and shops all within easy reach and only a 20 minute walk from Battersea power station.

You'll be living with Lise (27yo), who is a midwife and an all round angel. As she works unsociable shifts, we're looking for someone around the same age who is considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. The flat would suit a working professional looking for a relaxed and friendly home. Lise is also an excellent baker, so lots of treats come with this!

Tenancy will be on a monthly rolling basis and accepted based on the usual referencing checks through our letting agents. Our landlord is fab and any issues we’ve had have always been resolved very quickly.
