I am leaving my lovely room since I am moving out from London. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy start from feb 1st. Move in date is flexible.
The room is located in a 3 bed 2 bath house. The bedroom provided is with a shared bathroom a spacious living space and nice kitchen. The house is 2mins walk from Royal College of Art, Battersea.
We are all RCA alumnis in our 20s. You will be living with two girls who are contemporary artists and will be working in the studios most of the days. We are looking for someone sociable, respectful and clean.
