Sadly I'm moving out of our lovely flat in Clapham Junction. I've been here for four years now so I'm ready to explore a new bit of London.

The flat is brilliantly located - its an 8 min walk to Clapham Junction station and you're surrounded by lovely pubs, cafes and bars. And for such a nice area, the rent is a steal!

The room has a chest of drawers, massive wardrobe, bookshelf, a foldout desk. Particularly suitable for hybrid workers who dont need a permanent desk set up.

Three people share the bathroom as one of the other flatmate's rooms has an ensuite.

We're looking for a girl in their mid-late twenties who is friendly, relaxed and tidy. We all lead busy lives but like to catch up when we cross paths and will watch TV together in the evenings.
