Hi all,

I am looking for a nice subletter to take over my room for a month (mid May-mid June) when I will be going back home to Italy.

You will be living in a cosy house between Clapham high street and Wandsworth road - I personally love this location, it is a 10 min walk to Clapham common and all the nice bars but also next to many (cheap) Portuguese restaurants from little Portugal in Wandsworth road. The house also has a shared garden where I often put a blanket on and have lunch during a sunny day. With the spring coming up, it's a great spot to be!

The overground is a 5 min walk from the house, and the tube (Clapham north) is 10-11 min walk. There are many buses to central London 3 mins away.

The room is spacious with a big wardrobe and a nice desk if you need to work or study; it is located on the second floor as well as my flatmate's room and the shared bathroom. Downstairs there's the kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and the living room, with sofa, smart tv and dining table.
