My name is Jacopo and I'm part of a group of 4 young professional living in Stockwell.

I am looking for someone to take my place in this lovely household as I will be moving abroad.

We internally manage the property regarding payment of bills and rent. the property is managed by the Landlord himself, (no agency) he's very available and he sends his own handyman for everything that needs fixing.

- 5 mins walk from Stockwell station with access to the Northern and Victoria line (kings X, London bridge and old street all available without any changes)
- Zone 2 (can get to Oxford Circus in 20 mins from the front door)
- Easy to board during rush hour because of people changing lines
- Lidl and Sainsbury's closeby with an offy on the road to for everything else

HOUSEMATES:
The 2 Andreas are fine dining Italian chefs. Be kind to them and you may get a mouthful of bliss from them from time to time. Farshad is a data consultant that grew up in London, whose very easy to talk to.

We're a chill and easy-going house, who stay on top of the cleaning in a no-drama, no-rota way. We share things and are pretty blasé about each other sharing our stuff. We hang out and chill together, but also have our own mates and lives. We'd appreciate someone on the same wavelength, who'd fit into the harmonious vibe and dynamic.
