It is located in a safe and friendly area on a cul de sac in SW11 which is Zone 1. Great transport links to central London and connecting trains to outer London. The rent is £1000 PM. Short let (less than 3 months) is £300 Per week. The bills ( water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax, tv licence) are all inclusive. The flatmates are respectful and we socialise occasionally. Should you join our little family, we will be 4 females in total. The kitchen has everything you need so no need to buy extra stuff unless it is your preference. Very clean and tidy home where we take cleanliness and hygiene seriously. Viewings available from the 27th August 2026. The area is very safe and friendly neighbours who look out for each other. The general atmosphere in the house is a quiet and relaxed one so if you like more upbeat environments then this may not be a good fit for you.
