• The house is split over 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a loo, a separate toilet, and a separate shower/utility room and a garage.
• There's an open plan living/kitchen area, a spacious garden, and 2-3 free parking spaces.

Location-wise, we're just over Battersea Bridge with loads of bus routes nearby. It's a 10-minute walk to the King's Road, 10 minutes to Battersea Park, and either a 20-minute walk or 6-minute cycle to Clapham Junction.
