We’re three guys aged 25-27 looking for a fourth flatmate (ages 24-30) to join us in our house in Clapham Junction at the middle/end of April.

The flat is a three-story house just off Northcote Road. It has four spacious double bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. Just so you know, a new couch has been ordered for the living room shown in the picture below. We’re all good mates and would love for our new flatmate to be too. A bit about us:

Daniel (27): I’m Scottish and have been living in London for over a year. I’m passionate about running and recently completed the Barcelona Marathon. I love cooking, going to the pub with friends, and I also enjoy staying in with my flatmates. Traveling is a big passion of mine too.

Liam (27): American who moved to London about a year ago. Love sports, gym, going out with the flatmates, but also a night in cooking with a movie.
 
Tom (25): I’m Scottish ans have been living in London for a bout a year. Massive runner and compete in competitions. Similar to the other boys, sports, gym, going out with the flatmates, but also a night in cooking with a movie.
