We are 3 friendly and easygoing female undergraduate students at the London School of Economics looking for a 4th tenant for our house share in the Clapham Junction/Battersea area. We are ideally looking for a fellow student but we are also open to recent grads and young professionals. We’d also love it if you are up to take part in weekly shared dinners and movie nights!

The house includes a shared kitchen-dining room, living room, office/study, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, and a garden with decking area. Amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, fridge and freezer.

The room is on the first floor and is currently furnished with a single bed and wardrobe storage. Measurements are 8’x10’.

Our joint move in date will be 15th September 2026.

Travel/commuting - <5 min walk to Clapham Junction Station, overground connections to Waterloo etc.
Bills (WiFi, water, electricity) not included - approx. £48/month.
Council tax band D (for non-students).
